this cream was advertised on facbook in feb 2011.i purchased a trail sample for £5.99. and charged on the 18th feb.
on the 11.3.2011 and the 23.3. 2011 i have been chardged £69.99 each time. this is for a 15ml bottle. i must be old and stupid as i have been scammed by this firm. i have had to cancel my credit card, and i am trying to get a refund on the charges. this firm has no phone number. and when item delived no invoice to say i had to return it after trying. facebook should varify all adverts, they put on their sites. still wrinkled and now stressed

Hello everyone

I'm sorry to hear this scam is still going on I was the first person to put my message on here try and warn people the best way I could but the sad thing is we can't stop it as it is not in the UK I've reported it to tv programes and others just try and spread the word and b careful there's lots of these scams going on look for real reviews and customers as sometimes they arnt real !!!!!
Stick to uk products !!!!

yes i sent for these creams to and the next month i had 84 pounds taken from my bank im on old age penshion and was left with nothing to live on for a week i had to phone them to cancell but they would not return my money they charged me for creams i thought i was a trying out because i didnt phone to cancell and send creams back i was charged for them was i scammed or what yes i think so...

I have also been caught!debited twice for an amount of GBP69.95 for a 15ml bottle!! when I complained to them, they said they sent me terms and conditions. this was now sent to me, with a cancellation number as well, which basically said that the first 'trial sample' will be charged to your account if you do not complain within 14days and cancell and if you do nothing there will be a debit against your account every month and you will receive another 15ml bottle again every month and charged for it.
I never received any terms and conditions, or the second bottle either but it is totally ridiculous to pay so much for 15ml anyway and if I knew would never have ordered it!

I also have been conned today.
Website said �5.95 and was charged today for �54.95.
Phoned them and they said I did not read the small print properly about free trail. There was no such thing.
The operator was so rude< so in the end I put down the phone

I've been 'caught' too! Tried for 3 DAYS to telephone them to cancel. Filled in a Customer Service email online TWICE. No reply. I tried my best but JUST COULDN'T STOP THEM. I have cancelled my Visa Card. They have charged me 2 lots of £69.95. BARCLAYCARD have been very helpful, and are now looking into this company. I will now try to get Radialabs exposed on National TV. This is bad business practise, mainly targeting the old and vulnerable. We have to stop it.

I've been scammed as well. Thought I was just buying a free sample at £5.95. Received another bottle in post today and checked my bank account and lo and behold there were two amounts of £34.95 that had been debited within last few weeks. Contacted bank straight away to cancel any more. Will send letter of cancellation to Florida address.
Got more wrinkles than ever now!!

Got caught when I saw my Barclaycard account online today 29th July had an unrecognised debt.

After initial panic I rang USA 8773093491. I have been assured the payment will be refunded in 3 to 5 days and no more payments will be taken. The phone was answered promptly and I was given a cancellation number.

I also did not have an account included with the product but used the expanded version of the transaction on the bankcrd statement to help with ID.
I may have already made a longer comment on this site.
